ANTIGRAVITY 1 FINGER sock is an acccessory designed for Functional and Suspension Training, for Antigravity and for Power Yoga.
The perfect fit of the sock to the foot and the inserts of silicone of 1,5mm on the sole and around the ankle, the point where you need more grip and protection when you hook the ankles to the handles, allows a correct and safe execution of movements, reducing the risk of injury.

• ANTI-ROLLING SYSTEM: The sock has a lateral anti-rolling system, thanks to special resins incorporated into yarns that act with the warmth of the skin and prevent the sock from rolling up, allowing a perfect symbiosis between foot and sock and improving the balance during the exercises.
• SILICONE NON-SLIP OUTSOLE: Allows a perfect grip, reducing the risk of accidents and allowing greater concentration and therefore more precise and accurate execution of the exercises, urging the right muscles.
• 1.5 mm SILICONE PRINTED INSERTS: On the instep and back-ankle, where you need more grip while performing the exercises, and under the foot, guaranteeing a return of energy that makes the exercise more effective, with less muscle fatigue
