Shipping and Returns

For the shipment of products, R-evenge will rely on specialized couriers and proven reliability for the delivery of orders in Italy and abroad.

All shipments will be accompanied by the obligatory documentation to accompany and identify the goods (invoice, transport document) and any attachments required by law and foreign countries of destination.

The shipping costs will be indicated at the end of the insertion of the order and will appear when confirming the shopping cart.

Delivery time:
The delivery is expected within 3-4 working days from the verification of the payment, except for delays due to the preparation of the goods or unforeseen circumstances of the couriers. If payment is made by credit card, the order will be processed in real time.

Damage to the goods:
If at the time of delivery the package shows evident signs of tampering or damage that may have compromised the integrity of the content, the customer must indicate his observations in the receipt presented by the courier.

If the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the Customer can make the purchased items according to the methods described below by type of return:
In the event that the Customer, upon verification of the items delivered, detects manufacturing defects, damages or an error in sending the item with respect to the order, has the right to request free return of the non-compliant goods within 10 days sending e-mail communication with return request to indicating in the communication the reference to the order number, code and description of the article to be rendered and detailed motivation. In case of damage or manufacturing defects, it is required to send photographic documentation supplied to identify the non-conformity. Communication to the customer will follow with notification of the Return Authorization Number and waybill for the collection of the goods at the Customer’s address.
Pursuant to art. 52 and following of the Legislative Decree. n. 21 February 21, 2014, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid. The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the event that:
  • you are no longer interested in the product and communicate the order cancellation by fax or by e-mail to before you have received confirmation of the availability of the products and before their shipment;
  • for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase made, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.
Withdrawal procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the deadline indicated above, send a registered letter with a return receipt (also anticipated by fax) to Revenge Srl

This communication must contain all the data necessary for the identification of the order and the buyer, the indication of the product / products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, a copy of the accompanying document of the goods received (for products already delivered).
All return costs of the products are charged to the customer who, directly or through other means, will deliver them at the seller’s home; all items must be received in the same conditions of receipt, provided with the original packaging and any manuals and / or instruction booklets that are part of the packaging and the original packaging; it is not allowed to return the goods by another means. The company Revenge Srl, owner of the site will put in place the necessary checks on the goods made reserving to see that the products have been returned in their original state and with the original packaging; in this case it will provide for the total reimbursement of the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products.In case of withdrawal after delivery of the goods, the transport costs incurred for the delivery of the product to the customer and for any return to the company manufacturer of reference, are not refundable.

The right of withdrawal can not be exercised if:

  • these are goods made to measure or subject to modifications and customizations made upon the express request of the purchaser when ordering;
  • these are audiovisual products or sealed computer software, opened by the consumer;
  • these are goods that, by their nature, can not be returned and returned due to the high risk of deterioration and / or rapid alteration. This condition must also apply in case of receipt of products that are altered and / or deteriorated due to longer transit time of goods due to the absence of the recipient at the delivery address. Revenge Srl , undertakes to ship this type of products with 24 / 48H transit to the address indicated for delivery.
  • these are sealed goods that can not be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery;
Form for exercising the right of withdrawal – Annex B to Legislative Decree no. pursuant to art.49, paragraph 1, lett. h):

Returns made for damage / manufacturing defect / non-compliance with the order is totally free.
The return delivery following exercise of the right of withdrawal is the sole responsibility of the customer. The Customer, if he deems it appropriate, can ask Revenge Srl to use its paid logistics service.
In all cases, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, which is considered in effect an integral part of the product and must not have been damaged or used as the only packaging for shipping. In the case of return of items of clothing is a fundamental condition that the items have not been worn, washed or otherwise bear no sign of use. Underwear, swimwear etc .. must be tested wearing their own underwear; in the event that the removal of the hygienic protection or other signs of use not found as indicated, the return will be refused and the goods sent back to the customer with shipping costs at his expense. All items must be made complete with the original label and accessories (garment covers, hangers, dustbags) received with the order.
Failure to comply with the aforementioned return instructions will result in non-acceptance of the same.
All returns will be sent directly from the address of the customer to the warehouse of the manufacturer by triangulation by express courier. Then will follow the condition of the goods.When accepted, the customer can choose to:
  • Receive the product in compliance with the order (in case of return due to damage / manufacturing defect / incorrect item)
  • Benefit from coupon code of the value of the returned goods.
  • Request the refund of the order for the value of the goods.
The coupon code will be issued for a value equal to the returned goods and can be used only once within 60 days from the issue. The coupon discount can not be combined with other coupons and must be used at the time of a single order with an amount equal to or greater than the value of the coupon.

In the eventuality the Customer opts for the reimbursement of the order, Revenge Srl will provide for the execution of the same in the following ways:
  • For orders paid by credit card, the transaction will be canceled immediately by sending a communication concerning the customer accompanied by a report of the transfer. The customer can verify the re-crediting of the amount within about 10 days, the waiting period varies depending on the bank circuit to which the credit card is linked.
  • For orders paid via Paypal we will proceed to the immediate refund on the Customer’s Paypal account.
  • For orders paid by bank transfer, the Customer will provide Revenge Srl with its bank support to be able to proceed with reimbursement.
  • For payments received electronically (credit card / paypal), in addition to the methods mentioned above, the customer can request the repayment also by bank transfer, by sending written notice to Revenge Srl with full indication of the data needed to make the reimbursement.
In all cases of return Revenge Srl has the right to withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been correctly delivered to the warehouse of departure or, according to agreements, until proof of return of the return to be supplied by the customer.
